So I breezed through 40,slowed down a bit at 50,still not giving aging a lot of consideration....next week I hit 60. I won’t lie it is causing me some pain. As if when the big day comes I am going to feel different like I did when I turned 13. I know I am moving on to another stage of my life and I don’t know how I want it be, I have to figure this out. I have the grey hair the fine lines the wrinkles. I try not to make the ‘ouch ‘noise when I get up from a low chair, the wee when I sneeze (I have allergies and sneeze a lot) A lot of the changes are inside my head, instead of leaving myself vulnerable and exposed as I used to I am putting the old life saver on and considering what might be best for me. That can only be good right?
